This 1957 bus which began its restoration started in 2013, has undergone all of its major fabrication and rust removal work.
All work has been completed by a professional restoration company along with only new parts installed all of which has been purchased from The Bus Stop Parts.
Chassis Number confirms that the bus was fabricated in August, 1957.
This project includes originals parts of the vehicle including windows, lights and body trimming.Also included is a1600 VW motor with IRS gearbox purchased from Imported by Volkswagen,(running but not started for some time). Selling due to the fact that since 2013 I have been involved in other projects and completing the restoration now seems unlikely.
