In 2004, the Kombi underwent a total refit and rebuild, with the engine being fully reconditioned both top and bottom at 40440km, with the current speedo km’s are 82319km. With also the Carburettors reconditioned and rebuilt in 2004 and 2017.
Hella driving lights installed.
In 2013 new front disc rotors and pads were installed at 75 387.
The body underwent rust removal and resprayed in early 2004. After that the Kombi was converted by Suncamper with the following additions:
• Pop top with internal linings and parcel shelf for easy storage.
• Curtains and curtain tracks from all windows.
• Weather proof flooring throughout
• Full size double bed/folding chair (RTA approved) with RTA approved seatbelts, Plenty of storage space under the
seat
• Internal table and tripod mountings
• Custom designed cupboards with wardrobe hanging space, small pantry and storage.
• Kitchen fit out with fridge Engel – 57 litres, Sink and microwave.
• Swing out removable 2 burner/ grill gas stove unit with 4.5kg gas bottle
• Deep cycle battery with charging system – Ctek
• 240 power inlet and circuit breakers
• 2 X 12V fluoro light fittings
• Fire extinguishers and blankets
• Custom made stainless steel 40 L water tank with electric pump set up
• Fiamma F45 wind-out awning, with
• Fiamma annex walls for all sides, and flooring.
• Lower skirting insect protection.
• All kitchen accessories including plates, cutlery, pans etc.
• There are lots of other accessories that will come with it including a tow ball, bug and stone shield and luggage
rack.
