I am the third owner of, and now selling, this one of a kind 1992 Volkswagen Transporter Kombi T3 Trakka campervan with high roof.

Subaru 2.4L boxer engine. Currently set up as 2WD with original 4WD Trakka clearance. Great for getting into those more secluded or rugged camping spots. Could be converted to 4WD again if more capability is required. The high roof is also great for less conspicuous urban camping… just pull up, walk through to the back to cook/sleep/whatever: no obvious set up.

Comfortably capable of cruising and overtaking at motorway speeds. It hasn’t missed a beat since I’ve been the fortunate owner. And the previous owner kept meticulous records, which will come with the vehicle.

Internal cabinetry was built by the original owner and professional shipwright. Sliding windows and top vent with fan, as well as the the high roof, provide great ventilation even in summer with the doors closed. The comfortable bed converts to a two seater which provides plenty of tailgate/day storage when not set up as a bed. The rear seat however is not certified as a passenger seat. This Kombi is for two.

All original paint and decals - nothing hidden. Working front corner windows. Sunroof above driver compartment. Original vinyl upholstery is in great condition. Registration until May 2023.
