This was purchased from Steve Muller from Kombi Rescue about 12 months ago... quietly sitting in a barn. We have too many projects on the go for us to spend time and effort on this little classic.

The nose cone was re-welded as a new skin a few years back - hence the absence of the the low set indicators, however these can be easily cut in and the uppers holes filled with custom plates.

This beast will only take a 1600 (or bored out to 1800) engine.

We have been slowly acquiring all the parts we need to perform a full restoration:

rear valance
1600 engine mount
new dashboard
steering column
1600 gearbox is already fitted

This is an outstanding example of a NO RUST, NO DENTS, starter for your next project.

What is missing?

The wiring has been removed as it was cracked and damaged - A full wiring loom is available from resellers for $600, and can be fitted for an extra $600 by a good auto electrician (recomended for any 40 year old car).

The 1600 engine is not included - I can see 2 avalaible from other online sellers for less than $1000

The fuel tank is also currently not available (was rusted out) although we will endeavour to source one for you.

The glass - windshield & side windows (would recommend new sliders or 3/4 with flippers can be supplied)

The seats - These can also be supplied, or you can source your own custom solution.

Rear bumper - also available on request.

A full set of rubbers, seals, glass, and required parts for a refit can be purchased for under $2000
