This 1974 2L VW Kombi has been a very reliable companion that has driven my partner and I right around Australia with minimal problems. The Kombi has had some minor modifications made to it such as a 'Rock and Roll' Style Bed/Seat as well as a cupboards screwed in from the bottom. All these modifications are removable and original parts (Such as original seats, T bolts, seat belts etc.) come with the sale. We have fitted the Kombi with 2 6x9” speakers and the rock and roll bed/seat is made of comfortable memory foam and a sandy coloured vinyl covering. She is also fitted with a dual battery system and chargers for electronic equipment.
The Engine has had the following work done to it within 20,000km:
• New Piston, Barrels/Bores.
• New Head assembly – Including:
Gaskets, Fly wheel seals, O’rings, Dip stick boot, Fuel hose replacement, New Tinware, Spark plugs air filter, tappet adjusters, Oil filter Hose clamp, cluth shaft seal, and balance tube elebows.

Fiona is registered in the ACT until the end of March (2013). She has a very straight body and very minimal rust for her age. There is a small patch on the driver side that needs painting due to an incident with a kangaroo but the paint job on the rest of the car is fantastic.
